A real blogger morphs into an in-game hero

Cerberusarms became Saito — costume, mocap, LA shoot, the works.

The story

Saito's design was inspired by Cerberusarms — a real-world blogger whose personality, look and content style mapped onto a Raid: Shadow Legends champion. The next question was the obvious one: can we bring that back full circle?

We sourced an actual hero costume from the game, flew the team to Los Angeles and built a transformation video — Cerberusarms gradually morphing into Saito through wardrobe, motion capture and a final cut treated like a UA spot.

The output doubled as creator content and UA inventory. Final cut shipped into Plarium's paid pipeline.
